1. Why this website?
The main purpose of this website was to aid people as a catalogue. It is only a collection of a few products out of the many that we deal in.
2. Are these the only products that you have?
No. There are different types of products, and every main product has different and new variants to it almost every day. We shall help you out with additional pictures, new designs, new varieties, possible customisations via Email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Line, Viber, WeChat, or what so ever medium of communication that you are comfortable with. We’d love to help you put your ideas into our products to make them unique.
3. How do I order?
Ordering with us, is as simple as it can get.
a. Select what you like and drop us the name/picture of the product you like along with the quanitity on email/WhatsApp.
c. We’ll get back to you with the prices and the varieties.
d. Place an Order
e. Get your tracking number and wait for your shipment.
4. Where do you ship to?
We ship globally.
5. How do you transport goods?
Air & Sea.
Air- We usually prefer FedEx as they have been our trusted logistics partners for the past 10 years and they help us with the best possible rates and delivery time. We usually add the freight to the invoice, unless you have a FedEx account. We also make use of EMS/DHL services at times.
Sea- For shipments weighing above 500kgs, we prefer the Sea if it is not on an urgent basis and you have a sufficient lead time. We have our logistics partner here, but if you want us to hand over the shipment to your agency after reaching the port, or from the very beginning, we would not have any issues regarding that. We work with F.O.B. shipments.
6. Invoicing and Payments.
Our invoicing structure is concise and easy to understand.
We have the product, the quantity, and the unit price of the product that leads us to the total, along with the Freight Costs- if any.
Payments-
a. We accept payments through wire transfers in our Bank Account, as that is how the Indian Government likes it to be.
b. The payment should be coming in from the Buyer whose name is mentioned on the invoice, otherwise, the banks don’t accept the payment.
c. The Bank details will always be mentioned on the Invoice.
d. Other payment methods can always be confirmed when our order is finalised.
e. All Duties and shipping costs are to be borne by the consignee/buyer itself.
7. Terms of Delivery and Payment.
Customer is the king for us, and we always respect them.
We try to keep transactions as smooth and peaceful as possible, and thus we ideally like to have 50% of the payments before the goods are shipped, and 50% after the delivery of the goods.
8. Return Policies.
We have multiple quality checks before we ship the products, thus chances of a reverse logistics are limited.
However, if the goods are unsatisfactory, not up to the mark or have gone through physical damage in the transportation, we would definitely find a way out.
9. Where can we physically buy goods from you- do you have a shop?
We participate in various mineral exhibitions all throughout the year, and are trying to add more to our kitty.
At present, we are available in the following places:
